Recover windows boot menu in grub2 after installing RHEL7
After installing RHEL7.3, Windows 10 disappeared from the grup boot menu. It’s easy to recover it by following steps.
- Enable EPEL repo
$ sudo yum install https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm
- Install ntfs-3g
$ sudo yum install ntfs-3g
- Regenerate grub.cfg
$ sudo cp /boot/grub2/grub.cfg /boot/grub2/grub.cfg.old
$ sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
